1. Send me details of your ideas and any photos you have in mind.
2. Together we will decide the exact details of the portrait.
3. I will create a computer mock-up to illustrate how your portrait will look.
4. When you are happy with the mock-up, I will begin the portrait.

Time scales

I prefer to begin work on a portrait a month before it is due. In special circumstances I can sometimes complete a picture more quickly.

Customer satisfaction

I will email you a proof copy of the portrait when it is completed. If you are pleased with the proof copy, I will send the final portrait to you by registered post. I do not charge for UK postage.

Gift vouchers

If you want to give a portrait to a friend, but don’t have any photos of their pet or don’t have time to commission a portrait before their birthday, a gift voucher makes a great alternative.

The voucher can be printed to order, with the pet’s name and a special message if you have one. If you purchase a voucher it will be with you in a few days.

Your friend can then order the portrait when they are ready, using a photo they have chosen.
